RE-ENTRY UPON DEFAULT
If Lessee shall make default in the payment of any instaliment of
fixed rental o^ percentage rental hereunder; or if Lessee shaii make
default in any of the covenants, agreements, conditions or under-

takings hereYn contained to be kept, observed and performed by the '
Lessee other than the payment of rent or any part thereof when due,
and sucr. default shall continue .for five (5) days after notice there-
of in writing to th~ Lessee; or if, fcr any reason whatsoever, the~
Lessee shall make defauZt in the franchise from McDonald~s System, ±
