SECTION 20_ No waiver of any breach of any of the covenants of this

SECTION Neither the rights herein given to receive, collect~ sue ;

for or distrain for any rents or rent, moneys or payments, or to en-
force the terms, grovision and conditions of this lease, or to pre- ,
vent the breach or nonobservance thereof~ or the exercise of any
such right or of any other right or remedy hereunder or otherwise
granted or arising~ shall in any way affect or impair or toll the
right or power of Lessor to declare the term hereby granted ended
and to ~erminate this lease-as herein provided because of any de-
fault in or breach of any of the covenants~ provisions or conditions
of this lease,
ARTICLE XIV ~
McDONALD'S SYSTEM, INC. FRANCHISE ~
Lessee has entered into a franchise agreement with McDonald's `
System, Inco, an IZlinois corporation, dated November 23,
19 65 relating to the conduct of Lessee's b~isiness upon the
demised premiseso Lessee hereby covenants and agrees that it will
during the entire term of this•lease comply with and perform said
franchise agreement and keep the same in good standing and in full
force and effect a
ARTICLE XV
LESSOR'S PERFORMANCE OF LESSEE~S CONVENANTS
Should Lessee at any time fail to do any di the things required to
be done by it under the provisions of this lease, Lessor at its
option, and in addition to any and all other rights and remedies ;
of Lessor in such event, may (but shall not be required to) do the `
