ARTICLE XVI
INTEREST ON PAST DUE RENTAL
A.~y and all rentai hereunder and other sums that may be and become
due and owing from Lessee to Lessor hereunder shall bear interest
from and after the respective due dates thereof at the rate of seven
per cent (7$) per annum, if it is lawful in the ~urisdiction in
which the premises are located to contract for such rate and, other-
wise, at the highest rate for which it is lawful to contract.
