LEIN FOR RENT

Lessor shall have and Lessee hereby grants un~o Lessor a lien upon :

time, for all rental and other sums due from time to time from ;

Lessee to Lessor under the provisions of this lease. i

ARTICLE XIX i

SECURITY '

Lessee acknowledges that on the strength of Lessee's obligations
under this lease, Lessor has obligated itself and assumed the related
liability of either (a) erecting a building of specialized design or
(b) making substantial payments of rental or purchase price under
a top lease or purchase contract wherein the top lessor or~~~v~ndor
erecting a building of specialized desi.gn, as the case may be, and
as heretofore recited in Article I. Lessee~ as evidence of his good
faith and as security for the performance of his obligations and of
the terms, covenants, agreements and conditions by Lessee to be ob-
served and performed under the Lease, concurrently with the execution
of this Lease, has deposited with Lessor the ~sum of $ 15.000.00 ,
which sum is evidenced by Lessor's non-interest bearing, non-
negotiable, non-transferable, promissory note made payable ~o the
