WhenEVer the Lessor shall avail itself of such right to resort to
su~h security, the Lessee shall promptly res~tore the amount of such
security so that ~he sum shall remain intact at all times.
The relationshig of t~e parties hereto with respect to said funds
so deposited hereunder shall be that of debtor and creditor,

SECTION 1. The captions of this lease are for,convenience only and ~

tent be held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms and pro- ~

visions of this lease shall not be affected thereby, but each term ~
and provision of this lease shall be valid and be enforced to the `

fullest extent permitted by law. '

SECTION This sublease shall be construed and enforced in aecor-

dar_ce with the laws of the state in which the demised premises ar-e ;
situated.

SECTION 4. The terms of this Iease shal2 extend to and be binding ;
upon the administrators, executors, heirs, assigns, and successors
of the parties to this instrument.
