NOTICES OR DEMANDS

All notices to or demands upon the Lessor or Lessee desired or re-
quired to be given under any of the provisfons hereof shall be in _
writing. Any notices or demands from the Lessor to the Lessee shall
be deemed to have been duly and sufficiently given if a copy thereof
has been mailed by the United States registered or certified mail in
an envelope properly stamped and addressed to the Lessee at ~1

may theretofore have furnished by written notice to the Lessor; and
any notices or demands from the Lessee to the Lessor shall be deemed

or at such other address as Lessor may theretofore have furnished by
