agreed to sublease to the First Party, upon the te nns therei~ mentioned,
that certain parcel of land described as follows, to-wit:
The Easterly 49. 7 fest of Lot 19 aad all of Lot 18 and 17, excluding
therefrom the Easterly 21' 10" of Lot 17, in Block "B: of the Revised
Plat of Cobbs Park Subdivision, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 8, page 54, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida

NOW, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH:
(1) That the sa i d F i rst Pa rty, i n cons i derat i on of the sum of

which is hereby acknowledged, and for other good and valuable con- ~
sideration, does hereby assign, transfer, and set over unto the said '

and its assigns, from this day forward, subject nevertheless, to the
