aforesaid sub-lease, in every respect, is and the same shall
be subordinate to the aforesaid mortgage deed to said Bank, tud
is inferior in dignity and is a subordinate lien to the afore-
said mortgage given to said Bank, encumbering the atiove described
lands, and the parties hereto, 3ointiq and severaily, consent
and intand by this a.greement that the aforesaid mortgage deed
sha1~ be a first mortgage lien prior in dignity, not only to
the aforesaid sub-lease, but to all othe~r liens, except taxes.
