covenant to and ~ith the FLORIDA BANK AT FORT PIBRiCB, that
the aforesaid groun~lease, in every respect, is and the
same shall be subordinate to the aforesaid mortgage deed to
said Bank, and is inferior in dignity and is a subordinate
lien to the aforesaid mortgage given by the parties hereto
to said Bank, encumbering the above described lands, and the
parties hereto, 3ointly and severally, consent and intend
by this agreement that the aforesaid mortgage deed shall be
a first mortgage lien prior in dignity, not only to the afore-
said ground lease, but to all other liens, eacept taxea.
