J`~~,; . ~ i_ ,~'!r`~ .t `~7 G ~s,~ ; ,,~li~~,''~~I) WITNSSSTsTH: .,w ~ j ~ ~o That in consideration of the mutual promiaes and covenants W Mo. - - C~ v~ ~ .)ollununi~s contained in this Agreement and other valuable considerationa ~~1Nt10~ Pasaing between the parties to it, the Vendors agree to sell and ~+~t11'1S the Purchasers agree to buy the following described property situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida: The Weat 40.84 feet of Zot 15 and the East 19•16 feet of Lot 16, Block 2, FRANBLIN PARK ADDITION, as recorded in Plat Book 6, at Page 56, of the Public records of St. I,ucie County, Florida. The total purchase price of the property shallbe tbe aum of EIGHT THOIISAND SEVEN HIINDRED DOZI,ARS 8,700.00) payable in the following manner: =400.00 paid on or before tbe eigning of this Agreement, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. The balance of 38,300.00 to bear interest at the rate of 6.6qb per annum and to be payable at the rate of =65•7? monthly, beginning May 14, 1966, and on the 14th day of each and every calendar month thereafter until the sum is paid in full. Each of the payments shall be credited first to interest and the balance to principal, and prepayment ahall be permitted at any time and from time to time without penalty. It is understood and agreed between the parties that when the principal aum has been paid in full, the Vendors shall de- liver to the Purchasers a title inaurance commitment or abstract ahowing the title to the property above described to be good ~ and marketable. The Purchasers shall be permitted to go into possession of the property covered by thia Agreement on the date of its egecution, and sball asaume all liability for insurance, taxes ~ and ma.intenance from and after that date.
