Together with all buildings, improvements, Piatures or
appurtenances now or hereafter erected thereon or placed there-
in, including all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, ~
whether in single units or centrally controlled, used to aup-
ply heat, gaa, air conditioning, weter, ~ight, power, rer'rig-
eration, ventilation or other 9ervices, and any other thing
now or hereafter thereix~ or thereon, the furniahing of which
by lessors to lessees is customary or appropriate, including
scrsena, windoW shades, storn doors and wlndowa, floor cover-
in~s, screen doors, in-a-dc~ beds, awnings, stoves and water
heaters (all of which are intended to be and are hereby de-
clared to be e part of said real e~tate whether physically
attached thereta or not); and also together with all ease-
ments and the rents, issuea and profits of said premises which
ere hereby pledged, assign ed, transferred and set over unto the
Mortgegee, tahether now due or hereafter to become due ae pro-
vided in the Supplementel Agreement secured hereby. The Mort-
gagee is hereby subro~eted to the rights of ell mortgagee~s,
lienholders and owners paid off by the proceeds of the loan
hereby secured.

ings, improvements, fiaturea, appurtenances, apparatus and
equipment, and with ell the righta and privile~tes thereunto
belonging, unto said Mort~tegee forever, for the use$ herein
set forth, free from all rights and benefits under the home-
stead, exemption and valuation laws of an~t state, which said
rights and benefi~s said Mortgagor does hereby release and
waive.
