Statutes, in Official Record Book 138, pages 115-118, of the
public records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida.
In this instrument the sin~rular shall include the plural,
and the masculine shQll include the feminine and neuter. All
rights and obligations under ~his mortgage shall eatend to and
be bindin6 upon the respective heirs, eaecutors, administrators,
successors and assigns of the MortgQgor and Mortgagee.
