by ISAAC PORTER PITTS, JR. and MARTHA J. PITTS, his wife, and
JOHNNY EDGAR PITTS and $ARAH F. PITTS, his wife, and~PITTS, ~
INCORPORATBD, a corporation, first party to CITY OP FORT PIERCE,
a municipal corporation, second party: ~
WTTNESSETH, That the said first party, for and in consideration
of the sum of Pour Thousand ($4,000.00) Dollars~ in hand paid by
the said second party, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, '
does hereby remise, release, seil and convey unto the said second
party forever, a11 the right, title, interest, cl.aim and demand
which the said first party has in and to the following described
lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the
Gbunty of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit:
Beginning at th e southwest corner of Lot Eight of
Block "P" of the plat of Port Pierce, Alorida,
made by Aaron Lee, and recorded in the office of
the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brevard County,
Florida, from thence run East along the south
boundary lines of Lots 8, 9, 10 and 13, of said -
Block "F", a distance of 447 feet as a point of
beginning; from thence run North nineteen degrees
thirty nine minutes west a distance of 259 feet;
thence run East to the channel of the Indian River;
thence run South, following said channel of the
Indian River to a point North ?0 degrees and forty-
five minutes East of the point beginning; thence
run southwesterly to the said point of beginning.
Together with riparian rights and submerged lands.
