ultimately rendered by the ~ury. Thereupon, it is
ORDERED AND AD~TtJDGED that Plaintiffe~ motion to amend
the final ~ud~aent is granted to include interest thereon at the
rate of six per cent. per annum from March 3, 1964, to August 18,
1966, the date of the final ~udgment. Accordingly, it ie further
~RDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiffa, 0. J. POWELL, trading
and doing businese as 0. J. Powell Company, and E. C. COLI,INS, JR.,
do have and recover of Defendants D. A. D.,INC., a Florida corporation,
and E. Z. E.,INC., a Florida corporation, the sum of $3,3~8.75
~ interest to the date of the final ~udgment and let execution issue.
It is further
~ URDERED AND ADrTUDGED that Plaintiffs, 0. J. POWELL, trading
and doing businesa as 0. J. Powell Company, and E. C. COLLINS, JR.,
do have a recover of Defendant CONSQLIDATED DEVELOPMEN'P CORPORATION,
a Florida corporation, the sum of $1,106.25 interest to the date o~ `
the final ~udgment and let execution issue. It is further
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that in all other respects the final
~udgment is hereby ratified and confiraaed.
