Thie conveysnce is made subject to tee following conditiona and reatrictions w}uch shall b~ constru-

1. No building other than one private dwelling and garage (carporte) shall be erected on thia lok
The dwelling shall have an inside livable floor area of at least 600 square feet and the garage (car-

5. No tent, trailer, or any temporary type of atructure ahall be used as a residence, and the lot

6. No fence. wall. hedge, treea or ahraba which obstruct vision between 2 and 6 feet above mad-
ways will be permitted on any corner lot. And any fence, hedge or shrubbery on a waterfront site that
is within 30 feet of the water line can aot exceed three feet in height.
7. No ac~ivity will be permitted which ia a nniaance or annoyance to the neighborhood. Houaehold
pets are permitted if not maintained for any commercial purpoae.
8. No sign can be diaplaqed except one prnfe$sional sign or a"Sale" or "Rent" sign of not more
than one aquare foot.
