owner and holder of tha t certain Claim of Lien a~gainet BERNARD A.
HSSSLING and JOHANNA M. Ii$SSLING, his wife, dated August 24, 1966,
being recorded in Official Record Book 153, Page 361, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida in the aum of SSVEN
HUNDRSD, SSVffi~T and 25/100 ($707. 25 ) DOLLARS, by which I claimed
a lien on the following described real property in St. Lucie
County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 22, Block 1, UNIT 2, RIVER PARK, as per
plat the=eof recorded in the public records ~
of st. Lucie County, Florida, also described ~
as 419 Coconut Avenue, Fort St. Lucie, Florida,
has been paid and I do hereby acknowledge satisfaction of said
Claim of Lien and hereby direct the Clerk of the Circuit Court
