ment for the full terms and canditions thereof, and the same
are hereby incorporeted herein as iully as if written out
verbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695•02, Florida
Statntes, in Ofi'icial Record Book 138, pages 115-118, of the
public records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida.
In this instrument the sin~ular shall include the plural,
and the masculine shall include the feminine and neuter. All
rights and obligat iona under this mortgege shall extend to and
be bindin6 upd~i the respective heirs, executors, adminietratora,
successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
