to-wit: Begin at the Northeast corne~ of the aforesaid tract and
run South along the East line of said tract, 2581.2 feet to the
point of beginning; thence turn and run West 300 feet to a point;
thence turn and run North 145.74 feet to a point; thence turn and run
East to the East section line to a point which is 141.2 feet North
of the point of beginning; thence turn and run South to the point
