Beginning at the intersection of the North

Road; thence run Southerly on the right-of-

curve concave to the N ortheast having a
radius of 935 feet and a central angle of

the end of said curve; thence run North-
easterly on the North right-of way of
Okeechobee Road 120.67 feet to POB (as shown
on SRD Map #9403-106), being in Section 17,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East.
That part of the East 66.1 feet of Tract 8 and
all of Tracts 9 and 10, lying North of Canal
51-X, 11.57 acres, HATTIE CHAMBERLIN S~D in
Section 28, Township 35 South, Range 39 East.
