and MARGARET E. MOORE, his wife, the owners and holders of a ~
certain mortgage deed executed by B. L. HOLMAN and DCRA BELLE
HOLMAN, his wife, to PHILLIPS MOORE and MARGARET E. MOORE, his `
wife, bearing date the 22nd day of January, A. D. 1963, recorded
in Official Record Book 55, page 261, in the office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida,
securing a certain note in the principal sum of SEVENTY-NINE
THOUSAND and ZWENTY-THREE DOLLARS ($79,023.00), and certain '
promises and obligations set f~rth in said mortgage deed, upon
the property situate in said State and County described as
follows, to-wit:

38 East, EXCEPTING THEREFRaN right-

hereby acknowledges.full payment and satisfaction of said note
and mortgage deed, and surrenders the same as cancelled and ~
hereby directs the Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel the
same of record.
