THIS INDENTURE made and entered into this
day of , A. D. 1966, by and between JESSIE
MEYERS, C., a Fiorida corporation, Grantor, and BII,LIE
CLEWERS CHEW~ a widow and single adult, Grantee:
WI-IEREAS, the Grantor is seized in fee simple and in
possession of land lying in Section 9, Township 35 South,
Range 38 East, and that particular portion of it described
below, and
WHEREAS, Grantee is seized in fee simple of a parcel
of land contiguous to the land of Grantor, and
WHEREAS, Grantor has agreed in consideration of the
sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable con-
siderations to grant Grantee and all other persons claiming
by, through or under Grantee, their predecess~r in title,
assigns by virtue of any deeds of c~nveyance describing land
located in Section 9, Township 35 South, Range 38 East, an
easement or right-of-way over the land described below, for
the purposes and in the manner expressed below:

- That, in pursuance of this„agreement and in considera-
tion of the sum of Ten Dollars C$10.00) and other good and
valuable considerations, receipt of which is acknowledged,
Grantor grants unto Grantee and h~r assigns, and to all others

Full and free right and liberty for them and their
tenants, servants, visitors and licensees, in common with all
persons having the like right, at all times hereafter, for

all purposes connected with the use and enjoyment of the land
