to pass and repass along the provided roadway more particularly
described as follows:
The South 25 feet that lies immediately
ad jacent and nortb of public right-of-way
for State Road 68 and the public drainage
canal that lies parallel with State Road
68 of the West one-half of the Northeust
one-quarter of Section 9, Township 35
South, Range 38 East.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the easement or right-of-way here-
by granted unto Grantee, her assigns and those likely situated
as described above and their heirs and assigns, as appurtenant
to the land of the Grantee and those likely situated and every
part of it.

It is further understood that Grantor, its assigns
and/or tenants in no way will be bound to improve, maintain
or construct a roadway or to keep it in repair; nor does
Grantor and/or assigns assume any liability or responsibility
to Grantee or assigns or others likely situated, their heirs
or assigns or any person using the land by invitation, ex-
pressed or implied, or by reason of any business conducted
with Grantee their assigns or otherwise.
