Szl(er policies or certi6cates of imurance evidenciog suc6 coverage. Each policy shall provide.for ten (10) days written notice to Seller or
its assigns of tbo cancellation or material modifteation thereof. '
Buyer shall prompdy paq s11 taxes, assessqients~ license fees and other charges when levied or asses.+ed against Equipment or the owner-
ship or use thereof, or this oontract or any accompanying note.
This contract of conditional sak cwutitutes the entir~e contract betwcert Buyer and Seller with rapect W the delivery and sale of Equip-
n~ent. NO VARIATION OR MODIFICATION OF THIS CONTRACT AND NO WAIVER OF ANY OF IT'S PROVISIONS OR CON-
DITIONS SHAI.L BE VALID UNLFSS IN WRITING AND SIGNED BY DULY AUTHORIZED OWNERS, PRINCIPALS Q~R
OFFICERS OF SELLER AND BUYER.
