' ~ SUPPLEMENT TO
CHATTEL MORTGAGE SECURITY AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made in duplicate, on this day of
September, 1966, by and between EAST COAST PACKERS, INC. , a Florida
corporation with its principal place of business at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "Debtor", and ST~ LUCIE
COUNTY BANK, a Florida banking corporation with its principal place of
business at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, hereinafter called
"Secured Party";
WHEREAS Debtor heretofore on the 29th day of September, 1965, ;
executed unto Secured Party its Chattel Mortgage Security Agreement by
which Debtor granted unto Secured Party a security interest in certain pro-
perty therein more particularly described as "Collateral" to secure the

payment of an indebtedness evidenced by the promissory note of Debtor ~
payable to Secured Party in the amount of $96, 000.00, which said Chattel
Mortgage Security Agreement is duly recorded on the public records of St.

Lucie County, Florida, in Official Record Book 127, at pages 455-463 and
subsequently re- recorded in Official Record Book 128, at page 8?- 95.
WHEREAS the principal installments due April 15, 1966 and July 15,

1966 under the terms of said promissory note have not been paid, and there
remains due the sum of $88, 000.00 principal with interest from Augvst 18,
1966; and
WHEREAS the Debtor is further indebted to Secured Party in the
principal sum of $20, 000.00 evidenced by a promissory note of Debtor in z

that amount bearing date of March 22, 1966 payable on June 22, 1966 which
promissory note bears Secured Party's number 8016- R; and
WHEREAS parties hereto have agreed to extend the past due install-
ments due under the $96, 000. 00 promissory note to mature $8, 000. 00 with
