before mentioned Chattel Mortgage Security Agreement bearing date of
September 29, 1965 and its therein contained grant unto Secured Party
of a security inter~st in the the~ein described'~Collateral" shall operate to

specifically secure the additiona~l $20, 000.00 indebtedness owed by Debtor
to Secured Party being evidence~ by the p~omissory note executed by
Debtor to 3ecured Party hereina~ter more particularly described and set
forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, the premise considered, and in the further con-
sideration of $1.00 each to the other in hand paid, the receipt whereof is
hereby respectively acknowledged; it is agreed as follows;
1. That the past due installments of principal aggregating $16, 000.00
due on the promissory note specifically described in the Security Agreement
dated September 29, 1965, shall be and the same are hereby extended to
i become due and payable $8, 000. 00 with interest on the 15th day of January,

1970, and $8, 000. 00, with interest on the 15th day of April, 1970.
2. That the lien and operation of the herein mentioned and described
Chattel Mortgage Security Agreement dated September 29, 1965 is hereby
made to specifically secure the further and additional indebtedness owed by
the Debtor to the Secured Party in the principal sum of $20, 000. 00 and
interest thereon evidenced by the renewal promissory note of Debtor in that
amount, a substantial copy of which is as follows:
