KNOW All ME~1 BY THESE PRESENTS, that Fi~st Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporotion under
the laws of the United States of America, the owne~ of a certain mortgage given by De1bAY`t J. Curtis 811d
Lorena P. Curtis, his wife, dated October 29 19 62 , and reeorded
in the public records of St. LuCiA County, Florida, in Q~ R~ Book 4c) on page
85-86 , secu~ing the payment of the sum of Four thousand seven hundred and no/100
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Dollars (S ~ 700. 00 )
covering property in the County of St. Lucie , Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebteciness evidenced by said mortgage and the note setured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises deu~ibed therei~, and doth he~eby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
