SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this~day of September, A. D., 1966,
between ALBERT L. BERNARDO, a single man and JANS W. BERNARDO, a
single woman, in the County of St. Lucie, and State of Florida,
hereinafter called the "GRAN1`ORS" and S$CRETARY OF HOUSING AND URSAN
DEVSLOPMENT, of Washingto, D. C., his successors and assigns, herein-
after called the "Grantee".
THAT the said Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) in hand paid by the said Grantee, and other
valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
hereby grants, bargains, and sells to the said Grantee and his
successors in such office, as such, forever, the following described
land in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit:
Lots 22 and 23, Block "A" HUNT'S SUBDIVISION, according to a~ plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 47, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida
TOGETI~R with the following item of property which is located in
the mortgaged property and permanently installed as a part of the
i.mprovements on said land Heaters, built in range & oven
TO HAVE and to hold the above described property, with appurten-
ances unto the said Grantee and his successors in such office, as
such, forever.
GRANTORS hereby specially warrant the title to said lands and
will defend the same against the lawful claims of any pers~n whor~-
soever, claiming by, through, or under the said Grantors.
IN WITNESS WI~REOF, the Grantors have caused these presents to
be signed in their names, the day and year above written.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that on this ~y day of September 1966, before

the execution thereof to be his free act and deed, for the uses and
purposes therein mentioned.

County of St. I,ucie, and State of Florida, the day and year last
aforesaid.
