Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
JOHN F: PRINDIBLE, who being first duly sworn did depose and say:
That as of the date hereof, the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, a
Municipal Corporation, the owner and hold~er of that certain parcel
~of land deeded by Loretta P. Reilly to the City of Fort Pierce,
under date of November 24, 1959, which deed is recorded in Deed
Book 254, at page 390, St. Lucie County records, has failed to use
said lands for the purpose.set forth in said deed, to-wit: For the
purpose of a pumping station to furnish raw water to the City of
Fort Pierce, for a period of twelve months. That said failure to
use the lands for the purposes set forth above has been continued
for a period in excess of twelve months.
