executed and delivered to Carlos Hegwood as her very own
property releasing herebq any present or future rights running
to Walton E. He~gwood and further releasing anq rights which
may subsequently run to the grantor by reason of Articles of
I Agreement executed between Cherles Wm. Stone and the parties
in this instrument on the 12th day of January, 1963.
