POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That we, PHILLIP STRAZZULLA, DOMINIC STRAZZULLA, JOS£PH ~
P. STRAZZULLA and JOHN F. STRAZZULLA, four of the five partners
in Strazzulla Brothers Company, a partnership, have made, consti-
tuted and appointed, and by these presents do make, constitute and
appoint FRANK STRAZZULLA our true and la~ful attorney for us and
in our name, place and stead, and for our use and benefit to sign,
~ seal, execute, deliver and acknowledge such subordinations~ releases
and satisfaction of that certain mortgage from Florida Maid Citrus
Corporation dated June 20, 1962, and recorded in Official Records
; Book 39, page 291, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, as
may be necessary or proper in the premises.
