2 1 30" x 16 roll MODEL "J" OILITE WAS~R-ELIMINATOR-WAXER.
To have 8 tampico washer brushes, u sponge rubber
eliminator rolls with aluminum squeegee rolls and 4
tampico waxing brushes. To have 1-line spray hood.
I h.p. motor and drive with take-off to drive Item 1.
2A 1 30" SEATER TYPE WAX APPLICATOR, consisting of a single
line spray hood with two spray nozzles, a 30-gallon wax
supply tank with cover and angle iron legs and 1/3 h.p.
motor and variable speed drive with Viking pump and
filter in supply line.
3 1 36" x 14' BANTAM UNIT DRYER with 150,000 B.T.U. - LP
gas fired heater with 1/2 h.p. motor and 18" fan. Dryer
to have 2-1/4" dia. wood rollers on #52-D5 alternate
chain. Rollers to be supported by and roll on 2" x 1"
channel tracks. To have heater hood and cover. 3/4 h.p.
motor and drive. Delivery from Item 2 and delivery to
Item 4.
~4 1 12" x approx 15'-3" o.a. CONVEYOR BELT. To have 12" x
4 ply transmission type belting on metal track with
h3gh sides, 8" dia. la~ged wood drive drum, 6" dia.
wood tail drum, 1-3/16 shaf ts on bushed bearings.
1/2 h.p. motor and drive. To have one ad~ustable shear
with side delivery to Item 5 and one end delive;y.
5 1 20' f rame length CITRUS SIZER (26'-6" o.a.) with six
sizing rollers and seven bins. To have 8" x 3 ply
~ canvas belting on metal track, wood drums, wood sizing
~ rolls and 34" width padded bins with 8" back board.
1/2 h.p. motor anddrive.
