(b) The aggregate of the amounts payable pursuant to subperagraph (a) and thu~ pa}•able un the note
secured hereby, shall be paid in a single payment each month, to be applied tu the following itema _
in the order atated:
(I) ground rents, taxea, assessments, fire, and other hazard insursnc~ prrmiums;

~ (III) amortizstion of the principal of said note.
