( The tertrs and conditions of this contract are as follows:

~ The purchase price is .~19,500, of which ~500.00 has been paid,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and ~he balance of
said purchase price shall be paid as follows:
The sum of ~100.00 shall be paid on the first day of October,
November and December of 1966 and the total so paid shall be
credited a~~ainst the purchase price leaving a balance of
Y18,700. Commencing January 1, 1~57, the Purchasers agree to
~ pay the Sellers interest at t~ze rate of six (6:) per cent per

~ annum on the unpaid principal balance, said interest being
