After date, for value received, the undersigned, jointly and
severally, promise to pay to the order of
FLOYD C. WELCH and EVELYN MAE WELCH
at the Citizens Federal Savings and Loan Association of Saint
Lucie County, Fort Pierce, Florida,
ONE THOUSAND SIX HtJNDRED THIRTY-ONE and 41l 100 Dollars ,
payable $20.00 per month, which includes interest, commencing
on September 15, 1966 and on the 15th day of each month
thereafter until fully paid, with interest from August 15, 1966
at the rate of 6.5 per cent, per annum, until fully paid. If
for any reason, any of said payments remain ast due and unpaid
for a period of Fifteen days, the maker and~r endorsers agree
to pay a latie charge o€ 5~ per $1.00 of payment in default and
shall be added to or deducted from the monthly payment when paid.
The maker and~or endorser of this note further agree to waive
demand, notice of non-payment and protest; and in case of suit
shall be brought for the collection hereof, or the same has to
be collected upon demand of an attorney, to pay reasonable
attorneyts fees for making such collection. Deferred interest
payments to bear interest from maturity at 10 per cent per
annum.
