CHATTEL MORTGAGE
INDIAN RIVER YAM FARMS, INC., a Florida corporation, by its
undersigned authorized agent, hereinafter called Mortgagor, in and
for the consideration of the sum of $750.00, does hereby mortgage
and agree to pay to C. R. McDonald, Jr., hereinafter called Mortgagee,
the sum of $750.00, plus interest thereon, at the rate of 10~ on or
before the 30th day of September, 1966,being guaranteed by this
instrument, which is a Chattel Mortgage and Note, and that to secure
this Mortgage and Note, the Mortgagor does give a second mortgage on =

the Yam Farm, being a store located on Route 3, Box 412, Okeechobee
Road, St. Lucie County, Florida, and does hereby mortgage each and
every piece of equipment, furniture, furnishings, inventory, stock
of groceries, supplies, materials, goods, a full and complete inven- s
of which has been iven and delivered this date, by the Mortgagor ~

to the Mortgagee, which invento=y is incorporated herein by reference, ~
even though not recorded in Pub~ic Records of St. Lucie County, ~

In case of default of the payments of the above sum on the ;

date due, the Mortgagee is hereb authorized and empowered to start
immediate foreclosure, and to ,ollect a reasonable attorney's fee, ;
in connection therewith, along with the cost of the action and this '

second mortgage is subject to the First Mortgage between the Mortgagor
and LUCILLE M. JAMES, which Mortgageis recorded in O.R. Book 149, at
Page 397, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that INDIAN RIVER YAM FARMS,
INC. dces hereby mortgage to .C. R. McDONALD, JR.to secure the payment
of $750.00, plus interest at TO$, all of the above described personal
property, and that the Mortgagee is entitled to recov er his interest
and cost, in addition to principal, and an attorney's fee in the event
he is forced to foreclose this mortgage.
