THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this ~day of

May, 1966, by and between C. R. McDONALD, JR., and NANCY J.
McDONALD, his wife, hereinafter referred to as Sellers, and SAINT
NICHOI,AS GREEK ORTHODOX CHURCH, a religious organization, acting
through its undersigned Officers, hereinafter referred to as Fur-
chasers,
W I T N E S S E T H:
That in consideration of the mutual promises and cavenants ~
contained in this Agreement, and other good and valuable considera-
tions passing between the parties, the Seller agrees to sell and
the Purchasers agree to buy the following described property situate
and lying in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 18 of Block 2 of Orange Blossom Estates
First Addition as in Plat Book 11 at Page 38
of the St. Lucie County, Florida Public Records
TOGETHER with and including the following items of personal

~ The purchase price of the above described pro~erty, shall be

~ ~;~~the sum of $25,500.00, and the amount of $3,000.00 shall be paid

~:on or before the signing of this contract, receipt of which is
acknowledged by the Sellers, and the balance of $22,500.00 to bear
interest at the rate of 5-3/4$ per annum, and being payable at the
rate of $100.00 per month, plus a sum equal to 1/12 of the cost of
the insurance, which the Buyers shall take out on the above des-

~a and these payments shall be $100.00 per month, plus 1/12 of the
