SPECIHL WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTUR~, Made the 5th day of pc,~ober ~ 1966 ~

of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granted', bargained, sold, and conveyed, and by these presents does
grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto the Grantee forever the follow-
ing land situated in the County of St. Lucie ~ State of Florida:

GARDENS, Unit One, according to a plat thereof recorded in

Crantee named herein, both in effect as well as in form, and is not
intended as a inortgage, trusL conveyance, oi• security of any kind.
TO HAVE AND TO IIOLD the above described premises unto the Grantee
and I~is successors and assigns to their use~ benefit, and behoof for-
evei•, and the Grantor does hereby specially wai•ra~it the title to said
land, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all
