This cause coming on to be heard-upon Stipulation of
counsel for the Petitioner, and counsel of record for the
Defendants, Joseph Lewis and Ethel Mae Lewis, his wife, and
Geneva G. Platt, and the Court being fully advised in the
premises,
It is, therefore, CONSIDEREDi ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as
follows:
1. That Roger Poitras, Clerk of the above entitled Coutt,
shall pay out of the sums on deposit in the Registry of this
Court by the Petitioner, to Carlton, McCain, Brennan & McAliley,
Esquires, Attorneys for the Defendants, Joseph Lewis and Ethel ~
Mae Lewis, his wife, and Sumner and Bryan, Esquires, attorneys ;
for the Defendant, Geneva G. Platt, the sum of $11,000.00.
2. That the fee simple title to the property described in
the Stipulation, to-wit:
The East 1/2 of Tract 28 of Garden City Farms
according to the plat thereoE on file in Plat
Book 2, at page 5, of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
