page 54 in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and
for Saint Lucie County, Florida, wherein RALPH RUBIN as Executor ;

of the Estate of IDA RUBIN, Deceased, conveyed certain lands to ?
RALPH RUBIN, BERNARD RUBIN and your Affiant, ARTHUR RUBIN, as
Trustees, all lands being located in Saint~Lucie County, Florida;
that the inclusion of Lot 9, Block 2, CARVER HEI(~-ITS SUBDIVISION,
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, page 19-A, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Floridas in the aforementioned deed

recorded in Deed Book 239, at page 54, ?vas through pure inadvert- i
ence; that the inclusion of the aforementioned lot in the afor..e-
mentioned deed was pure error and without any intention on the .
part of the grantor or the grantees of claiming any right, title
or interest in the described property. '
