BEFORE I~, the undersigned authority duly authorized i
to adminieter oaths and take acknowled~ments, personalZy appeared
SIDNLY 3. BER+GER, who, being sw~orn accordiag to law did depose
and say, as follows:
1. I am the duly qualified and acting Executar of the
Estate of Jack Cameron, Deceased. Jack Cameron is one and the
same person as William J. Cameron, who was heretofore the record
owner (3ointly with his wife, Lillian M. Cameroa) of that certain
property described as follows:

Lots 30 and 31 of TOP OF WALTON SUBDIVISION, ?
- as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 1, St. i
Lucie County Public Records, as further
described in Deed beiag given to Lane
Corveq, an unmarried womaa.
2. That said Lillian M. Cameron died ia Dade County,
Florida, on November 14, 1957, and at the time of her death was
married to said Jack Cameron, a/k/a William J. Cameroa.
3. That there are no mechanics 1.iens against said
premises and no claims for labor or materials ~arr improving
the same which remaia unpaid to date, and that ao w~nrk has been
done or materfals furnished within the past three aaonths from
date hereof, bills for which remaia unpaid.
4. That this Affidavit is furnished to Lane Corvey
upon the occasion of her purchase of the a~ove described property.
