Truatee under the Last wi31 a~nd Teatament of B. A. BRaWN, L~ecebeed,
executed a certain Mortgage Modification Aqreenent, dated June 6,
1966, recorded in Official Record Book 14t3, Page 510, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
wt~REAS, there appears an error in a date on the last liae
in Paragraph 2., Page 2, of said Mortqaqe Modification Agreement, in
that the date June 6, 1966, appear~c therein and the correct date is
September 3, 1966= and
wHEREAS, the underaiqned desirea to correct said error
so that the Mortgage Modification Agreeaent will zeflect the under-

standing of the parties involved therein.
NOW, TEII~REFORS, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: T'hat for and
in consideration of the premises in said Mortgage Moditication Agree-
ment, dated June 6, 1966, recorded as hereinabove set forth, and for
the purpose of correctinq the error which appeara in Page 2 of said
Mortgage Modification Agreement, and for other good and valuable con-
siderations, the undersigned hereby agrees as follaw8:
1. That in the laBt line of Paragraph 2. on Page 2, of
said I~ortqage l~odification Agreement. the date June 6, 1966, appears
therein through error and inadvertence; that said Mortqage M~odification
Agreement. dated June 6, 1966, recorded in Official 8ecord Book 148,
Page 510, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, is hereby
amended so that th~ date of September~3, 1966, Bhall be substituted

in place of and in lieu of the date of Jtlhe 6, 1966, in the laet line
of Paraqraph 2., on Paqe 2, of said lbrtqaqe Modification Aqree~oent,
dated June 6, 1966.
