Statutes, in Official Record Book 136, pages 115-118, of the
public records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida.
In this instrument the singular shall include the plural,
and tre masculine shEll include the feminine and neuter. All
rights and obligat ions under this mortgage shall extend to and
be bindin6 upon the respective heirs, eaecutors, admin3etrators, '
successors and assigns of the i~lortgagor and Mortgagee. •
