This is to certify that at a Special Meeting of the Board of
Directors of INDIAN RIVER GROVES, INC.~ a Florida corporation, hel

at 506 Hnron Building, Kansas City, Kansas, on the 24th day of
September, 1966, at 10:00 osclock, A.M., pursuant to a Waiver of
Notice~ with all directors participating in the meeting, the follo
ing resolution was unanimously adopted as follows:
WAEREAS~ INDIAN RIVER GROVES, INC., a Florida corpora-
tion, is the owner and holder of a certain mortgage
lien given by MISSION GROVLS, INC.~ a Florida corpc,ra-

tion, to INDIAN RIVER GROVES, INC., dated the lst day #
of Julyt 1963t to secure the sum of ONE AUNDRED THOUSAND
($100,000.00~ DOLLARS, and other obligations, upon the
following described property:
The South one-half of the Southwest one-
quarter of Section 23, Township 34 South,
Range 39 East, and the West one-half o~
the Northwest one-quarter of the Northwest
one-quarter of Section 26, Township 34 South,
Range 39 East, Excepting Therefrom all rights
of way for public roads anc~ drainage canals~
which said mortgage deed is recorded in Official Record
Book 1091 at pages 336-338, in the Office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, State of Floridat
and,
~ WHEREAS, said mortgage lien is to be satisfied immed-
iately by INDIAN RIVER GROVES, INC., a Florida corpora-
tion.
NOW THEREFORE, Be it resolved that INDIAN RIVER GROVES,
INC.t a Florida corporation~ immediately execute and
deliver a full Satisfaction of Mortgage and General
Release of said mortgage lien and that Bob George,
President, and Claude L. Rice, Secretary, of INDIAN
RIVER GROVESs INC., a Florida corporation, be hereby
authorized to execute and deliver said Satisfaction
of Mortgage and General Release for and on behalf of
said corporation.
