SATISFACTION OF MORTGAG$ AND GENERAL RELEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That IIiDIAN RIVSR GROVES, INe.
a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State
of Florida, is the owner and holder of that certain mortgage lien
established by that certain mortgage deed executed by MISSION
GROVES: INC., a Florida corporation, to INDIAN RIVSR GROVES~ INC.,
a Florida corporation, bearing date the lst day of July, 1963, re-.
c~rded in O. R. Book 109, at pages 336-338, in the Office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court in Saint Lucie Countys State of Florida;
that MISSION GROVSSt INC.I a Florida corporation purchased the
following described lands from Carl E. Lennard and Elizabeth W.
Lenndrd. his wife+ as shown by Warranty Deedf Dated May 21, 1963,
recorded in O. R. Book 63, at page 240, public records of Saint
Lucie County, Florida:
West ~ of Section 6t Township 35 South, Range
39 East, less and excepting all rights of way
for public roads and drainage canals, and con-
taining 311.0 acres, more or less, according
to certified survey by Alton Register & Asso-
ciates dated April 26, 1963; and subject to that
certain lease for oil and mineral rights now .

~ that MISSION GROVES, INC., a Florida corporation, executed and
delivered to Carl E. Lennard and Elizabeth W. Lennard, his wifel
A` a purchase money mortgage on said lands, dated May 21l 1963, re-
corded in O. R. Book 63, at page 250, of the public records of
Saint Lucie Countyl Florida~ to secure the payment of a promissory
note in the amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($100,000.00) DOLLARS;
that thereafter MISSION GROVES, INC., a Florida corporation, exe-
cuted and delivered to INDIAN RIVER GROVES, INC.f a Flarida corpor
tion, a warranty deed granting, bargaining, selling, conveying and
confirming to INDIAN RIVER GROVES~ INC., a Florida corporation, a
