lands being described as follows:
All of'the Northwest one-quarter and North one-half
of the Southwest one-quarter of Section 6, Township
35 South, Range 39 East, in St. Lucie County,
Florida; excepting therefrom all rights of way for
public roads and drainage canals; Subject to a
recorded mortgage in the amount of One Hundred
Thousand ($100,000.00) Dollars in favor of Carl E.
Lennard and Elizabeth W. Lennard, which mortgage
and the indebtedness which it secures is not assumed
by Grantee but the same shall be paid by Grantor,
and Grantor shall protect and hold Grantee harmless
from such mortgage and lien thereof;
