This is to certify that, at a special meeting of the Board
of Directors of Mission Groves, Inc., held at the office of said
corporation, at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on September 16, 1966,
all directors being present and participating in the ~eeting;

the following resolution was unanimously adopted:
W~o ~ RESOLVED, that Mission Groves, Inc. borrow from

That, to secure such $50,000.00 loan, Mission Groves,
Inc., a Florida corporation, execute a second mort-
gage deed, subject to the mortgage lien securing
the existing note to Mr. Robert L. Griffin, upon
which there is a balance due of $35,000.00, plus
interest; that said corporation pay all expenses of
~ closing, except for recording of the mortgage deed.
Executed this 30th day of September, 1966.
