ment for the full terms and condition$ thereof, and the seme
are hereby incorporated herein as f~ully sa if written out
verbatim herein, and recorded pursuent to 695•02, Florida
Statutes, in Official Record Book 138, pages 115-118, oP the
public records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florf da.
In this instrument the singular shall include the plural,
and the masculine sh~ll include the fewinine and neuter. All
rights and obligat iona under this mortgege ahall extend to and
be binding upon the respective heirs, executors, adminietratora,
successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
