ASSIGNMENT OF ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT
IQJOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTSs That I, ROBERT C. NEW-
KIRK, of the first part, in consideration of the sum of
$10.00 and other valuable considerations received from
CLAUDINE NEWKIRK, party of the second part, at or before
the~ensealing and delivery of ~his Assignment, the receipt
wYiereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain,
sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the said party of
the second part, all right, title and interest which I have
in that certain Arti~les of Agreement dated July 21, 1960,
recorded in Deed Book 264, at Page 370, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, between ROBERT C. NEWKIRK and
CLAUDINE NEWKIRK, his wife, and W. J. PIOWATY, upon the
following described parcel of land, situate and being in
St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
The South 30 feet of Lot 3, and the North 45 feet
of Lot 4, Block 2, BLAKELY SUBDIVISION, as per
plat thereof on file in Plat Book 10, at Page 50,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

the second part, her heirs, legal representatives, successors
and assigns forever.
