to the hereinafter terms and conditions set out herein, it is agreed that
if a conveyance should be made by the Mortga.gor of the premises herein
describec~ or any part thereof, without the written consent of the Jensen
Beach Bank, and without an assumption in writinq by the new proposed
Grantee of the obligation to the Jensen Beach Bank created by said
Promissory Note and this Mortqa.qe, then, and in that event, at the
