THIS WARRANTY DEED, Made and executed the 5th day of October
19 66 , by DONALD L. SHEPHARD, AS TRUSTEE, and JEROME A. SIMONS, AS TRUSTEE,
hereinafter called the Grantors, to CLIFTON F. BARROWS and MARION M.
HARROWS, his wife,
whose postoffice address is 15 Hill Street
Lexington. Massachusetts }
hereinafter called the Grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors for and in consideration of the sum of ~

acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, re-
lease. convey and confirm unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in

LAKEWOOD PARK, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11
page 2~, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all ~he tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO NAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee that they are lawfully
seized of said land in fee simple; that they have good right and Zawful author-
ity to sell and convey said land; that they hereby fully warrant the title to
said land and will defend the same against the lawful cla.ines of all persons
whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances.
2his conveyance is made subject to the following conditions and restrictions
which shall be construed as covenants real running with the land to wit:
1. Subject to existinq easements, if any and to easements shown on the sub- ~
division plat. '
2. Subject to restrictions of record recorded in Deed Book 242,
at Page 477 , public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. '
3. Subject to taxes for the year 19 66 and subsequent years.
